PREP:   Hibiclens

 

POSITION:   SUPINE, OR BED ONLY, Tourniquet with “10 x 10” around Tourniquet, Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools, Prefer bilateral hand table that locks onto the OR bed for bilateral procedures if available.

 

MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION  500 ML

Pre-Mix Local Per Facility or 0.25% BUPIVACAINE W/EPI 1:200,000

 

INSTRUMENTS: Drill, Unthreaded K-Wire (.45 and .62), RatTooth Forcep, Laminar Spreader, Weitlander, Freer Elevator, Army Navy, Holman retractors, Large Wire Cutter, and Lobster Claw Reduction Forceps and Point to Point Reduction Clamps

 

EQUIPMENT:   Skeletal Dynamics or Trimed (Will Indicate During Booking) , Tourniquet, MINI C-ARM (OrthoScan if available ). Have LC-DCP Forearm Compression Plates available
