MEDICATIONS: 30 ml 1% LIDOCAINE MIXED 1:1 WITH 0.25% BUPIVACAINE W/EPI 1:200,000

Tisseel (or a Type of Fibrin Glue) (Do Not Open)

 

INSTRUMENTS: Hand Kit (Curved Littler Scissors, Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Ragnel, and Sen Retractor x 2, RETRACTOR ARMY/NAVY, RETRACTOR RAKE SHARP (3 PRONG), 7” 3/4-Weitlander x 2, RatTooth Pick up, Mosquitos)
