MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION  500 ML

0.25 Marcaine or 0.5% Marcaine whichever is available at end of case.

 

INSTRUMENTS: Drill, Unthreaded K-Wire (.45 and .62), RatTooth Forcep, Laminar Spreader, Weitlander, Freer Elevator, Army Navy, Holman retractors, Large Wire Cutter,

 

EQUIPMENT:   Skeletal Dynamics or Trimed (Will Indicate During Booking) , Tourniquet, MINI C-ARM (OrthoScan if available )
