MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION

1% LIDOCAINE MIXED 1:1 WITH 0.25% BUPIVACAINE W/EPI 1:200,000

 

INSTRUMENTS: Lead Hand, Curved Littler Scissors, Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Ragnel, Double Skin Hooks

 

EQUIPMENT:   AM Surgical Endoscopic Carpal tunnel w/ clear cannula (not Stratos), Camera, Stryker Tower, 4-0 30° scope, light cord, 4mm blade,
