POSITION:   SUPINE, Patient on OR bed with hand table, Tourniquet with “10 x 10” around Tourniquet, Extremity Drape, Sitting Stools,

 

MEDICATIONS: 0.9% NACL IRRIGATION

0.25 Marcaine or 0.5% Marcaine whichever is available at end of case.

 

INSTRUMENTS: Plastic Surgery Soft Tissue Tray (Curved Littler Scissors, Curved Tenotomy Scissors, Fine Adson Pickup with Teeth), Lead Hand, Hand Kit,

 

EQUIPMENT:   Bipolar, Tourniquet, Bovie, Micro-Instruments and GEM Micro Clip Applier and Clips (Do Not Open)
